The Relationship Between Sanctification and Oneness

Sanctification is the key pathway to achieving genuine oneness:

  1. 1. Meaning of Sanctification: Moving out from ourselves, entering into the Triune God, and allowing Christ to live in us
  2. 2. Means of Sanctification:
    • * Through the Word (truth)
    • * Through the Spirit (Spirit of truth)

  1. 3. Connection Between Sanctification and Oneness:
    • * The more we are sanctified, the more we are delivered from ourselves
    • * The more we are delivered from ourselves, the more we can enter into the Triune God
    • * Only in the Triune God can genuine oneness be realized

  1. 4. Practical Approach:
    • * Coming to the Lord's Word every morning
    • * Contacting the Word outwardly while being touched by the Spirit inwardly
    • * Being sanctified and perfected into one through these two realities: the Word and the Spirit
